After a long week last week were finally here on Monday again last week at slimming world I lost 1.5lb to make it a stone off in total, after that It all went down hill I don't know why I do this to myself its called self sabotage - I get to a goal then think its alright to eat whatever I feel like, so I am doubtful about tonight's weigh in and very disappointed in myself for doing that yet again!
But I did make my Spaghetti Carbonara last week which was a success and here is hoping for a better week so this is whats on the menu this week.

- Monday, weigh in so the boys are having pizza and garlic bread
- Tuesday -Simple cottage pie
- Wednesday - slimming world burgers and home made chips
- Thursday - spaghetti and meat balls the recipe will be on later in the week
- Friday - All day breakfast - I am loving this at the moment
- Saturday - Chicken and vegetables
- Sunday - Beef roast dinner
