I have been sent two of there lovely, luxurious solid soaps to review form the brand Authentic Mermaid. The fragrances I have been sent are, Ylang Ylang and Citrus, both of the soaps are 110g in weight and are with Fleur De sea salt and fragrant oils.
The first soap I tried out was the Citrus scented bar.
The soaps actual scent is quite mild and appealing, not too overpowering as some citrus scents can be. The soap produced quite a creamy lather which was very gentle on my skin, in keeping with it luxurious theme. The Citrus Soap I found to be very refreshing with the help of its mild citrusy scent it really helped me to wake up in the morning leaving me feeling revitalised and fresh. my skin was quite smooth after using this product, the citrus soap didn't seem to leave it dry at all. The soaps seems like it will be quite long lasting and is priced at £5.95 per bar.

The second soap I tried out was the Ylang Ylang.
The Ylang Ylang soap, again is very mild in its scent, I think it is quite sweet and seductive with a modern twist about it, again this like the citrus scented soap produced quite a creamy luxurious lather living up to its brand. Its not to overpowering and was very mild on the skin leaving it feeling soft, hydrated cleansed and refreshed - this product didn't seem to dry my skin out at all. The soap is priced at £5.95.
