The Anagranimals and the Wishing Tree #Review and #giveaway

So a few weeks ago a beautiful package dropped though my letterbox wrapped in red tissue paper it was a wonderful new book.

children's story book great bedtime reading

We love books in our house you can never have enough! This book is called The Anagranimals and the Wishing Tree written by Leith Moghli and Illustrated by Ian King,

The book is aimed at five to seven year old children, However I read this book a few pages at a time each night to the boys and they really loved it. The story is about 6 animals Heidi the Hippo, Pedro the Pig, Lancelot the Lion, Ebenezer the Elephant, George the Giraffe and Rocky the Rhino longing to do things that the other animals can do. They literally bump into a magical tree. This tree is a Wishing Tree, and it grants each animal a wish.

This is the first book in a series, with two more already planned the ending to the first book is left open for another story "The Anagranimals and the Weeping Willow".  To go alongside the books there is also a website under construction and a range of interchangeable cuddly toys being made as we speak!  As you can see, it’s definitely more than just a book the options are endless!

This story has a lot of words in it however the book is fun and keeps everyone entertained the illustrations are bright and really bring the words to life. I really enjoyed this book and so did the boys A simply brilliant idea for a story one that you could read again and again.

The lovely Leith Moghli has been kind enough to offer readers of my blog the chance to win a signed copy of this first edition Anaganimals and the Wishing Tree book, all you have to do is enter via the rafflecopter below.
