Christmas decorations with Oxfam #review

Oxfam is a global humanitarian, development and campaigning organisation working with others to overcome poverty. From life-saving emergency response to life-changing development projects and campaigning for lasting change, Oxfam works in 94 countries as part of the Oxfam International confederation to tackle poverty at its roots.

Oxfam has one million supporters in the UK. For every £1 donated, 84p is spent on emergency, development and campaigning work, 9p is spent on support and governance and 7p is invested to generate future income. Oxfam has nearly 700 high street shops across the UK selling donated fashion, books, music, home wares and new ethical products. It is supported by a workforce of 22,000 volunteers. Oxfam also launched the UK’s first online charity shop in 2007.

Oxfam GB is affiliated to Oxfam International, a global confederation of 17 independent Oxfams which share the same purpose.

This year oxfam have some amazing decorations on sale not only to make your tree look fantastic but they are raising money for such worthy causes. Profits go towards a number of community projects in the area including two schools and a health clinic, as well as a number Oxfam projects around the world.

pretty Christmas tree decorations from oxfam

The decorations are so pretty wouldn't you agree?. I thought the decorations are very well made and of quite a high quality, they are going to last for a long period of time and I also thought they are, a great reminder of the fact that their are people around the world that wont have anything this Christmas.

The price of these pretty little decorations is a little on the higher side but looking at the bigger picture I wouldn't mind spending that bit extra when I know all the money is going to a great cause.

Also available from oxfam Create your own reindeer crackers, £3.99, Paper chains, £2.49, Christmas cards, multipacks from £0.99. I think all the products Oxfam have to offer are great so why not check out there website online or pop in store and add something different to your home decorations this year.

You can find out more about Oxfam HERE the site also shows you where your local Oxfam shop can be located.

I was sent a selection of Christmas baubles for the purpose of this review all opinions expressed remain honest and my own.
