Spaghetti Carbonara #Recipe


serves 4

400g dried plain spaghetti

fry light

100g back bacon

4 garlic cloves finely chopped

3 large eggs lightly beaten

120g Parmesan cheese

fresh parsley (optional)

Method

Cook the spaghetti according to the packet, meanwhile place a large frying pan sprayed with fry light over a medium heat, add the bacon and stir fry for 2-3 minutes or until lightly browned, Add the garlic and stir fry for 30 seconds, then set aside.

Drain the spaghetti and add the bacon mixture to the pan. Add half the Parmesan, and toss the heat from the spaghetti will partly cook the egg but still leave it moist

divide the Carbonara between four, add the fresh parsley if you wish, this meal is real easy it literally takes around 15 minutes to make and is very good if your on a budget!
